On December 15, the Sikorsky Challenge startup school held the 2nd session of online pitches. The projects were evaluated by a jury:

  • Oleksiy Strutsynsky, Director of the Sikorsky Challenge Innovation Holding
  • Sergiy Sergienko - Deputy Director of the Sikorsky Challenge Innovation Holding
  • Mykhailo Turchanin, Vice-Rector for Research at Donbas State Academy of Mechanical Engineering
  • Bohdan Andrushchenko - member of the international jury of the Sikorsky Challenge Competition, Golden Egg Technology Co.
  • Valeriy Pychko - coach of the Sikorsky Challenge Startup School, editor-in-chief of Startup News

The participants presented their projects at the final class:

  1. Volodymyr Barasyuk. Project "Enzymatic method of carbon-neutral fuel production"
  2. Denys Moskalenko. Project "Conductor" - a mortar firing and fire control system"
  3. Natalia Yaroshenko. Project "Healthy food store and bakery"Zdorovik"
  4. Artem Ivanov (Alla Paziak). Project "IT hub LODOZ-Energy" - training of specialists in the field of wind energy by creating and attracting modern IT specialists"
  5. Volodymyr Barasyuk. Project "Generator based on the plasma effect"
  6. Olena Kasyan. "Ok Town" project - an optimized marketplace for the tourism industry"
  7. Elena Balashova. Project "Construction and arrangement of a shelter for stray animals"
  8. Elvira Bazylyuk. Project "Transformermat for outdoor recreation"
  9. Yaroslav Gotsky. Project "Highly effective granular nitrogen-phosphorus-humic OMF with specified properties"
  10. Vadym Fedynyak . Project "Standard COIN" - a diversified blockchain company for industrial miners"
  11. Alexander Bogdanchenko. LENR Generator project.

According to the jury, the best projects were:

  1. Project "Conductor" - a mortar firing and fire control system", Denys Moskalenko
  2. Project "Heat and sound insulation material from seaweed" by Andriy Mokhnenko
  3. Project "Biomask for personal protection", Tetiana Ishchuk
  4. Project "Trunksformer mat for outdoor recreation", Elvira Bazylyuk
  5. Project "Ultra-light motorized glider", Viktor Ivashchenko
  6. Project "Ok Town" - an optimized marketplace for the tourism industry", Olena Kasyan

All these projects will receive funding from the Sikorsky Challenge Innovation Holding:

  • consulting services of experts and mentors
  • assistance in improving the product (service)
  • information services to promote the product (service) on the Internet
  • assistance in finding potential customers

In addition, the first three projects will be recommended for participation in the final of the Sikorsky Challenge 2022 Innovation Project Competition.

In addition to the jury, the projects were evaluated by the group members themselves. Based on the results of this evaluation, the following projects won the audience awards:

1st place - Project "Conductor" - a mortar firing and fire control system

2nd place - Project "Highly effective granular nitrogen-phosphorus-humic fertilizer with specified properties"

3rd place - Project "OkTown" - optimized marketplace for the tourism industry"
