1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy regulates the procedure for providing access to digital services and functionalities offered on the OKTOWN platform.

1.2. The OKTOWN platform provides digital services and online functionality, therefore physical delivery of goods is generally not required.

1.3. Access to digital services is granted after payment confirmation or after fulfillment of other conditions specified for the respective service.

1.4. This Policy forms part of the Public Offer (Terms & Conditions) of the OKTOWN platform and applies together with other legal documents of the platform.

2. Method of Access

2.1. Access to services or digital products may be provided in one of the following ways:

  • through the user’s personal account after logging into the platform;

  • by sending an email notification to the address provided during registration or payment;

  • via integrated system notifications or messaging services, if such method is supported by the service.

2.2. In most cases, access is granted automatically after payment confirmation.

2.3. The typical activation time ranges from a few minutes up to 15 minutes, unless otherwise specified on the service page.

3. Third-Party Services (Travs)

3.1. The OKTOWN platform may display or promote activities (Travs) provided by independent operators.

3.2. If such services include physical elements (for example tickets, printed guides, materials or similar items), delivery is carried out directly by the respective service operator.

3.3. OKTOWN is not a party to the delivery of such items and is not responsible for delivery timelines, methods, or costs handled by the operator.

3.4. Information regarding delivery or receipt of such materials is specified on the page of the relevant activity or during the booking process.

4. Technical Support

4.1. If a user does not receive access to a digital service or experiences technical issues with activation, they may contact OKTOWN support.
