OK TOWN is among the winners of the UNIDO GCIP project "Global Clean Technology Innovation Program for Small and Medium Enterprises in Ukraine".

On November 3, the first wave of the Business Academy, organized and conducted at the GCIP Regional Accelerator for Innovation, Technology and Startups in Sumy Oblast, as part of the UNIDO GCIP project "Global Clean Technology Innovation Program for Small and Medium Enterprises in Ukraine", was completed.

9 startup teams successfully completed 3 training sessions, where they gained the necessary knowledge and support from experts and professional mentors, prepared presentation materials that provide their potential customers and investors with an understanding of new products and services.

During the final presentation, each team had 10 minutes to speak, and then the jury had 10 minutes for questions and comments. Each project was evaluated based on ten criteria: business description; consumer identification; product/technology validation; market entry tactics/sales model; competition, finance and financing; legal issues; team, sustainability, and presentation.

As a result, the winner was the startup project "Autonomous robot" - the production of autonomous robots based on artificial intelligence to transport cargo through the warehouse, avoiding obstacles and integrating into the WMS automation system. https://sites.google.com/cs.sumdu.edu.ua/trans-robots/index. The second place and the nomination "Perspective for Tourism Development" went to the OK TOWN team, which is an optimized marketplace and an innovative tool for developing tourism infrastructure, even in very small towns. OK TOWN is oriented to all regional centers and even small towns. They have a lot of historical heritage, a large number of excursions, and the opportunity to go camping and other types of recreation. In this way, the team wants to activate local tourism throughout Ukraine. The web version of the project has been adapted for a mobile application, and now the developers are working on creating a mobile application using artificial intelligence and a geolocation system to make it convenient for the client to customize their request and travel easily.

A special mention should be made of the project aimed at finding a convenient and effective way to overcome the biggest problem of our time - "New treatment of coronavirus disease Covid-19 " (Kyiv) - a pharmaceutical composition in the treatment of Covid-19. A solution for nasal inhalation used with a pocket nebulizer.
